Work experience
By choosing partners from different countries, students had the opportunity to get to know first-hand the world of work in different cultures, observe and analyze similarities and differences with Croatia, but also in the post-mobility period to compare the experiences of students from other countries.
Most of the students worked in smaller companies, which enabled them to have direct contact with mentors and work colleagues as well as insight into the overall ity of business, which improved not only their knowledge in the profession, but also had the opportunity to acquire entrepreneurial skills. Jobs like this usually required more communication and team work.
Part of the students were on internships in large (international) companies which was a special experience. It was a great opportunity to see how important it is to professionally, accurately and according to the instructions to do your part of the job in order to contribute to the functioning of a large whole with their knowledge and work.
Some students completed their work assignments in educational institutions, which was interesting in its own way. They learned to begin with that education systems vary from country to country, furthermore they could compare our school with the host school, the approach to the work of teachers, the equipment of classrooms, laboratories and workshops, the behavior, knowledge and expectations of students.
One group participated in a robotics course, which was an opportunity to deepen and expand their current knowledge in some new directions and perhaps find new interests in the future.
