Word from the Director
Welcome to The School of Electrical Engineering and Traffic Osijek.
Every step we take in our education is not a lost step, it broadens our horizons and horizons, opens the world to us, and that is why I want to say to all of you who come to this school: Dare to know. Because, as if we are afraid to know, as if we are afraid to take that first step and go into the world of knowledge.
Our school has a long history of existence, it has changed names, teachers, principals have changed, but the desire to acquire knowledge and skills has not passed. At school, we are proud of what we do:
- Full-time education in the field of electrical engineering and computing, transport and logistics
- Participating in a number of European projects
- Education of adult participants in electrical and transport programs
- By participating in numerous competitions
- The development of sportsmanship in our SŠK Kuna
- Developing friendly relations with schools friends from Pécs, Budapest, Nitra and Split
Regular education implies the simultaneous development of both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Our desire is to develop a school focused on the student in which the student and his development will come first. It is important to us that students become ready for work, but also for further education by enrolling in higher schools and colleges. That is why we encourage preparations for the State Graduation Exams in which students can supplement their knowledge and prepare for a step forward in life.
Life in school is an important part of life for every student. We wish every student that his stay in the Electrotechnical and Traffic School Osijek remains in a lasting memory as a joyful and beautiful part of life. At the same time, we invite you to improve the life of the school and make our school a school of the 21st century with our proposals.
The doors of the principal’s office are always open to you, especially when searching for answers to any questions that come your way to education. If we have questions within us that we do not find answers to, an atmosphere of discontent is created in us. Looking for answers in a time of life turmoil is paramount for any young man. To help you find answers, you need every teacher, expert associate, and i as a principal.
Once again to all of you who are in our school or are thinking about coming to school, I would like to say: Dare to know.
