IT teacher Anica Leventić participated in job shadowing in Slovenia. Job shadowing took place at the Ptuj School Center from May 13 to 17. Exchange of experience in the field of work, organization of teaching and professional practice in domestic companies and through mobility as part of Erasmus projects, exchange of experience in managing Erasmus projects, monitoring the teaching of colleagues in the field of IT, programming in different programming languages, web programming, databases, computer networks , as well as the work of colleagues who prepare students for competition in the field of robotics and the preparation of matriculation students for final exams. Getting to know the application for monitoring student work and evaluation. Getting to know the modular and project approach to teaching, curriculum comparison, monitoring the work of a member of the working group for the creation of a new curriculum. Getting to know students with disabilities and their teaching assistants and how to participate and assist during the teaching process in order to provide maximum support to the student. Exchange of examples good practices, difficulties the school has and how to deal with them. At meetings with the project coordinator and members of the project team, experiences in the implementation of Erasmus+ project activities, organizational difficulties and advantages and disadvantages of participating and implementing Erasmus mobility were exchanged. In her spare time, the teacher visited the historical sights of Ptuj and Maribor.
