During the past week, students of the 2nd grade, majoring in computer science, stayed in Poland as part of the implementation of the Erasmus + project Let’s do anything at least, accompanied by their teachers, Karolina Brleković, Igor Ivanković and project coordinator prof. Sandra Štrasser This was the last of the three mobility projects, during which the main goal was to improve information literacy, multilingualism, raise the level of digital, mathematical, natural literacy and develop students’ and teachers’ educational, personal and social potential, civic activity, cultural awareness and skills expressions. During this mobility, students and teachers had the opportunity to get to know Krakow, visit various cultural and natural sights of this region, socialize with young people from Lithuania and Poland, and participate in various workshops and lectures at the partner school in Sucha Beskidzka. The final result of the project was the creation of short feature films and promotional videos aimed at raising awareness of the consequences of online violence, especially on social networks, and the importance of ecology and self-sustainability. During the project, the students applied the acquired knowledge on how to use Internet resources wisely, that is, form critical attitudes towards the content they encounter on the Internet and look for ways to check their quality and truthfulness. At the closing ceremony in the film hall of the Sucha Beskidzko Cultural Center, a competitive screening of the films created during the implementation of the project was held. Out of twelve films from Poland, Lithuania and Croatia, the film works of our students won 1st and 3rd place.
